When you book an appointment, you are agreeing to the provider's listed service, duration, and price. Some bookings may require a deposit or prepayment, and any additional services requested on-site are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation policies vary by professional. If you need to change plans, please do so as early as possible so the provider can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits or fees depending on the provider's policy.

4. Safety and house calls

If you invite a professional to your home or a private location, you are responsible for ensuring the environment is safe and appropriate for the visit. Bookd is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes that arise from in-home services unless caused by our direct negligence.

5. Privacy and content

By sharing photos, videos, reviews, or personal information on Bookd, you allow us to display that content in the app and associated services as needed to support the booking experience. You remain responsible for the content you share and must not post anything that violates another person's rights.

6. Limitation of liability

Bookd is provided as-is, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect availability, or the outcome of any service provided by third-party professionals. Our total responsibility is limited to the extent permitted by law.
